Ford Approved Body Repair Centres offer the following services:

• A detailed computerised repair cost estimate
• Customer courtesy services
• Assistance with insurance company claim procedures
• Quality repairs conducted by Ford South Africa trained Body and Paint technicians to global Ford standards
• Ongoing feedback to the Customer on the repair progress of the vehicle
• Repairs conducted using the latest equipment and repair technologies
• Quality checks to ensure that the vehicle is returned to you as close as possible to its original condition

By using Ford’s network of Approved Body Repair Centres, Ford Customers will receive paint, body and craftsmanship guarantees. This will insure that the vehicle’s warranty and maintenance plans remain intact.

Body Equipment Mounting Manuals

These manuals have been issued to meet the requirements of Vehicle Converters by providing a description of vehicle systems along with technical advice.

Adhering to guidelines contained within the Body Equipment Mounting Manuals (BEMM) will help ensure the vehicle complies with appropriate standards and will perform correctly and safely. In addition, the guides will significantly limit the risks of Mechanical/Electrical and/or structural failure,component unreliability or vehicle instability.
